Uprising High School is the youth movement of grade 9-12 students at Riverwood Church. We are all about calling this generation to reach beyond the average and to live their lives knowing that they are loved by God, they have a place they belong, and they have purpose. We are radically inclusive and passionate about creating a place where students belong no matter their past, present, or future. As a community, we will worship together, learn, serve, and live the life of adventure that God invites us to.

DECEMBER 19-JANUARY 2
CHRISTMAS BREAK
There will be no Uprising from December 17th to January 7th. We’ll be back for a worship night with all students on Friday, January 9th!
FRIDAY, JANUARY 9
WORSHIP & BAPTISMS
On Friday, January 9th, we’re launching the year with a worship & baptism night! All students, and the family and friends of those getting baptized, are invited to join us for a night of worship, games, and food!
RADICAL DISCIPLESHIP GROUP
Uprising’s Radical Discipleship Group (RDG for short!) is an opportunity to dig deeper into what it means to be a disciple of Jesus and practically live that out within the church and Uprising! Twice a month RDG will meet to explore the ways of Jesus and work to plan and execute various Uprising events including the Youth Takeover Service and Uprising worship nights.
