THE ASCENT IN ESWATINI
We are so honoured to get to be a part of the transformational work happening through AIM (Adventures in Mission) in Eswatini, Africa! In October 2025 we began our partnership with a carepoint called Hillview, joining the effort to bring hope, address poverty, and meet crisis needs in one of Eswatini’s rural communities.
WHY ESWATINI?
The real answer is because God has called us there and given us clear instructions to tell the people of Eswatini that they are loved and seen by Him.
A further answer, is that it is a country of great need. 63% of the country lives below the poverty line, and 28% live with HIV/AIDS, which is the highest rate per capita in the world. There is great need, but an even greater hope that we get to be a part of!
WHAT ARE CAREPOINTS?
Carepoints are locally led gathering places where kids receive a daily meal, discipleship, practical skills training, and education resources,.
